geometric appreciation

Floral high-low dress, Romwe | Shoes, Zara | Bag, Botkier | Ear cuff, Etsy

These pumps are probably one of my most faved purchases from Zara. I went for a dressier feel with this outfit and decided on an updo since this 90 degree heat has been killer.  I wanted to go with a more whimsical look and opted for a braided bun. I based it off this tutorial (here) and changed it up just a bit to keep my bangs. It's a fun way to keep your hair up and out of your way during the hot summer days.
As for accessories, I went with black which was a no brainer for me.  With hints of black on the dress, I added on a black and gold belt to cinch the waist. The sheer mesh back on this dress is what gave it that extra edge while still keeping it classy.
